Why the ramp looks like this. A warm-up should rehearse the movement without using up the energy you need for your working sets. The ramp starts with the empty bar, then takes bigger jumps with fewer reps. Every load is rounded down to one you can build with standard plates, and steps that would repeat a load are left out.
