What it feels like

You had two reps left.

RPE and reps in reserve. Reps in reserve counts how many more reps you could have done. RPE rates the same effort out of 10, so RPE 8 means two reps in reserve and RPE 10 means none. The percentages are estimates from a standard rep formula, and they vary from person to person and from lift to lift.

In Liftr. You can record RPE or reps in reserve with every set you log.

Let Liftr do the maths while you lift.
